We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was amazing and the rooms were impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the outdoor seating area was beautiful. We also loved the location as it was close to everything in the city centre and the highway to other destinations.
No negative aspects to report.

Very relaxing, convenient for us as a group (wedding) Generally: lovely service. lovely grounds and friendly people.
The lounge chairs are far from comfortable and we kept running out of teabags - bought our own.

Gracious staff, great play area, comfortable accommodation, convenient amenities, spacious and well-lit rooms.
Don't have any issues at all.

Family party at the venue on site
A little dated now (decor wise) - time for a make over? Rubbish hot water supply and pressure

Great place for a weekend getaway! the rooms were tidy and spacious, with cooking facilities to make meals. the outdoor play area was perfect for my kids, they had a blast playing tennis, volleyball and petanque. My wife and I enjoyed the spa and the pool, it was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal - close to shops, restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back!
The security of the rooms was a bit of a concern, as the front and back doors were easily opened and unlocked. We had to put chairs in front of the doors just to feel a bit more secure.

Nothing was too much trouble to staff, I appreciated their hospitable and generous attitudes. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The units were nicely spread around the grassy and gardened property, not jammed together, and the property was groomed and attractive.

Convenient to town Lovely park like surroundings
Booking form did say " microwave in room " but there was none. We did not need one but someone might.

The view from the room was simply spectacular, with beautiful spring flowers blooming outside. We also loved how clean and comfortable the room felt, with all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
Sadly, the shower was not up to par with our expectations. The water pressure was weak, which made it hard to shower properly, and the water temperature could have been warmer.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed with everything it had to offer. the location was ideal for me as it was right on the highway, making it convenient for exploring the nearby wineries in Martinborough. Additionally, being next to the restaurant at the rear of the property was a bonus as it provided easy access to delicious meals.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends. The location, service, and quality of the rooms were exceptional, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

the surroundings were very peacefully
the units were a little drab and the spa pool wasn't open during the day

We thought the room was good, but were disappointed with the shower, not good water pressure... Also used the spa, we were not sure if it was something wrong with it or just really old type of spa, but not much bubbles at all, and water was not really warm, couldn't stay for more than 5 minutes. But the staff at the reception was very helpful, and we had very good sleep as it was nice and quiet even close to the main road.
